We recommend the choice of the mode of procedure, draw up complete tender documentation, including terms of reference. We participate in works of tender committees, analyse offers taking into consideration the legal and formal aspects. We help the ordering party with regard to formulating the conditions for participation in the procedure, taking into account the protection of its interests as well as providing submission of offers by contractors guaranteeing appropriate execution of the order.

    We support ordering parties in the process of controlling public procurement awarding as well as draw up remarks regarding auditing results.

    We help contractors in preparations for the tender, especially with regard to drawing up the offer in compliance with terms of reference. We formulate inquiries related to Terms of Reference. We recommend implementation of legal protection measures.

    We represent ordering parties and contractors applying for awarding public procurement before the National Chamber of Appeal and common courts.

    We provide complex services regarding projects executed within public procurement procedures. We recommend public entities and private investors optimal structures and legal patterns for projects executed within public procurement procedures. We prepare procedures related to selection of private partner or concessionaire. We draw up agreements and contracts for public-private partnership as well as licence and concession agreements.

    We provide services for entities exempt from the regime of the Public Procurement Law, including preparation of internal purchase regulations. We advise on optimisation of purchase processes within capital groups.
